Career 

After finishing his studies, Ranveer got his first big job with the famous Taj Group of Hotels. He started at Taj Mahal Hotel, Delhi, where he learned about fine dining and global cuisines. In 2001, he moved to Goa for a new project. At the Fort Aguada Beach Resort, he opened three restaurants — Morisco, an expert seafood restaurant; Il Camino, an Italian dining place; and Fishtail, a barbeque eatery. These restaurants were a big hit and made him popular in the culinary world.

In 2003, Ranveer joined Radisson Blu Hotel in Noida. At only 25, he became the youngest executive chef in India. This was a huge achievement and made him a rising star in the food industry. His creativity and dedication quickly made him a chef everyone wanted to work with.

Moving Abroad 

After getting recognition in India, Ranveer moved to Boston, USA, for new opportunities. There, he opened Banq, a fine-dining restaurant offering Franco-Asian cuisine.
